8-Weeks To Wellness Workshop
This course takes participants through the eight (8) essential principles that are essential to good health. Each week, one each of the 8 principles will be studied and discussed. The expected outcome is to have each course participant be more enlightened on knowing how one gets sick, and the role each health principle discussed plays in body's overall state of wellness. This program includes a complete personal health and lifestyle assessment which is based on how they are doing in each area of the eight essentials.
