Winnie M. Benjamin founded Stewardship Masters International from a conviction that the long-term strength of a family enterprise depends on more than financial success.
It depends upon the people, principles, leadership, and governance capable of carrying responsibility across generations.
Her work brings a systems perspective to family business continuity; helping founders look beyond immediate success toward the preparation of future leadership, and the structures required for what they have built to endure.
