Our scholarship program is designed to identify founders who are prepared to complete the Family Enterprise Formation Journey™ and become examples of how intentional family formation and governance can strengthen multigenerational continuity.
This opportunity is intended for business owners who demonstrate a genuine commitment to building an enterprise designed to outlast its founder.
Only six (6) founders will be selected for each cohort and awarded an 80% partial scholarship toward the 12-week Family Enterprise Formation Journey..

Therefore, support from SMI multidisciplinary team have collectively contributed to cover eligible enrollees tuition. They are sharing in the passion for the development and growth of more family businesses operating successfully, has made it possible for SMI to select ready and serious founders for this inaugural journey.

Selected candidates will only invest $495 - thus covering the 12-week $2,500 tuition.

Six (6) candidates who wish to move beyond foundation will be selected based on the prior 12-week Formation Journey, performance may enroll in the 12-Week Cultivation Journey program for the investment of $1,000 (after 80% scholarship is applied) covering $5,000 of the total Cultivation Journey tuition.
The Cultivation Journey is designed to help participants begin applying the principles learned during Formation to their own businesses with continued guidance and accountability.
