Event Policy – 3-Day Collaboration Challenge

This free 3-day challenge is designed to support your professional growth and collaborative capacity in a safe, respectful, and interactive virtual space. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Participation & Conduct

Active participation is encouraged to maximize the value of the experience.
All participants agree to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow attendees.
Disruptive, offensive, or disrespectful behavior will result in removal from the challenge without notice.

2. Recordings & Privacy

Select sessions may be recorded for educational and internal review purposes.
Participant contributions during live sessions (e.g., comments, insights) may be referenced anonymously for future learning or testimonials unless explicit permission is granted.

3. Use of Materials

All materials provided (worksheets, slides, PDFs, etc.) are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from Stewardship Masters International.

4. Application to Cohort Program

Participation in the challenge does not guarantee acceptance into the 6-month cohort learning program.
Applicants will be reviewed based on alignment with the program’s values, readiness for collaboration, and availability.

5. Technical Access

Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet access and the ability to attend virtual sessions via Zoom or the designated platform.
No refunds or replays are guaranteed for technical issues on the participant’s side.
